Delosperma echinatum - Pickle Plant

Delosperma echinatum (often called Pickle Plant) is a quirky, low-growing succulent known for its soft, bristly texture and playful appearance. It forms small, branching shrubs with plump, cylindrical green leaves that are covered in fine white hairs, giving the plant a fuzzy, almost spiky look. Despite the name, the hairs are soft rather than sharp.

This succulent typically stays compact, reaching about 6–12 inches (15–30 cm) tall, and spreads gradually over time. In spring and summer, it may produce small, bright yellow, daisy-like flowers that contrast cheerfully with its textured foliage.
