Crassula cotyledonis is a low-growing, succulent plant native to South Africa. It forms flat, rounded to spoon-shaped grey-green leaves covered in fine hairs, giving them a velvety texture. The leaves often have reddish margins, especially when exposed to sun. This species grows in a rosette form and spreads slowly, making it ideal for rockeries or container gardens. In late spring to summer, it produces small, star-shaped flowers on slender stalks. Like many Crassulas, it thrives in well-draining soil and bright, dry conditions.
